The Community Health Centers of Burlington (CHCB) Dental Center has announced the following new dental providers:
Untray Brown, DDS, MPH is the new Pediatric Dentist. Brown received a BS in Chemistry from Loyola University New Orleans and completed his DDS degree at NYU College of Dentistry with specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn. He also holds an MPH degree at the Columbia University, Mailman School of Public Health. Shortly after residency, he landed the position of Clinic Coordinator, Pediatric Dental Operating Room Services at Bellevue Hospital. Brown has 15 years of experience caring for children with complex medical conditions and extensive dental disease at the hospital. In addition to working at CHCB, Dr. Brown has an established a part-time pediatric dental practice in Fort Greene Brooklyn.
David Jette, DDS, grew up in St. Albans and attended Bellows Free Academy High School. He graduated from Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York with a Bachelor’s degree in Bio-molecular Science. He received his Dental degree at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in Buffalo, NY. In the summer of 2012, he moved back to Vermont and served two years as a general dentist in Richford and Swanton for the Northern Tier Center for Health (NOTCH).Dr. Jette believes in pain free dentistry, so that all patients are confident in their dental treatment and comfortable with their experience.
Jennifer L. Logigian, DMD, MPH graduated from Siena College in Albany in 2005. She is a graduate of the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health in Mesa, Arizona and completed a General Practice Residency at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. She is especially interested in public health and special needs dentistry.
Rian Stewart, DMD received his undergraduate degree in biochemistry and philosophy from Saint Mary's College of California. He then attended dental school at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon, where he graduated with honors in 2008. Stewart has worked five years as a dentist in private practice, and has a particular interest in pediatric dentistry and global healthcare training and service.
For more than 40 years the Community Health Centers of Burlington have provided quality healthcare for Vermonters regardless of financial or insurance status. One of eight Federally Qualified Health Centers in the state, CHCB has five locations and is one of the largest nonprofit family medical and dental practices in the Burlington area.
