Community Bank NA announces promotion of Lafayette

Community Bank N.A. is pleased to announce the promotion of Heather Lafayette to branch supervisor of its Burlington, Vermont, North Avenue location. In her new role, Lafayette will oversee the office’s daily operations, ensuring every customer receives the highest level of service. She will manage the effective delivery of the branch’s sales and service activities, including personal and small business loans. In addition, Lafayette will ensure the branch’s operational efficiency and integrity through adherence to policies and procedures.

Lafayette brings to the position nearly 20 years of experience in the financial industry. She has been with Community Bank N.A. since 2000, when she joined the team in deposit operations at the Burlington Kennedy Drive branch. Most recently, she served as branch assistant at the North Avenue location.

Lafayette resides in South Burlington with her husband, Dave, and their three children.
