The Chamber & Economic Development of the Rutland Region has named Finance and Compliance Manager Shasta Mattino as interim executive director. She will lead the organization until a permanent successor to former Executive Director Lyle Jepson is appointed.
Mattino joined CEDRR in July 2023 from Westminster Crackers, where she worked in accounts payable. The CEDRR board recently formalized her promotion to interim executive director.
“We look forward to Shasta stepping in as interim director to ensure we execute the goals and objectives that CEDRR has in place,” said Russ Marsan, president of the Board of Directors.
The search for a new executive director will not begin immediately. However, the nonprofit is actively seeking a director of economic development to serve as the primary driver of business and economic growth initiatives across the Rutland region.
