Bill Orleans, president of PP&D Brochure Distribution, attended the October meeting of the International Association of Visitor Information Providers (formally Int. Assoc. of Professional Brochure Distributors) in Athens, Greece.
Visitor Information Providers is an international group of experienced, professional brochure distribution companies that focus on the tourism industry.
This year’s meeting included discussions of the latest research by Bentley University research proving the success of brochures. The meeting also featured a presentation by Dr. Andreas Andreadis, former president of Greek Tourism Confederation; members updates; and the awarding of Best Brochure Design of the year.
The Association has representatives from the United States (covering 40 states), Canada, Mexico, France, Belgium, Ireland, England, Scotland, Greece, Germany and South Africa. Member organizations distribute more than two hundred and fifty million brochures annually in over one hundred thousand locations for more the one hundred thousand clients.
BaliBrochure was accepted as a new member at the meeting. Owner Andi Aandiartha attended the conference and shared information on his company and experience.
