An assistant vice president, he is responsible for new business development, consumer and business lending, and managing personnel and day-to-day operations at the store serving customers throughout Windsor County.
Blaiklock has six years of experience in retail banking and 20 years in Group Life & Disability insurance. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as Branch Manager at Randolph National Bank in Quechee, Vt. Blaiklock serves as an instructor and on the Marketing Committee for the Northern New England Center for Financial Training.
A South Woodstock, Vt., resident, Blaiklock serves as President and board member of the Hartford Area Chamber of Commerce, Race Director and board member for the Covered Bridges Half Marathon, and on the Board of Directors for the Woodstock Union High School Endowment. He is a 1983 cum laude graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Whittemore School of Business in Durham, N.H.
