Susie brings an experienced approach to creative problem solving, assisting others through competitive and challenging environments. She joins the team to lead strategic efforts for market share growth and discovery of new business opportunities.
Prior to joining White + Burke, Susie was Director of External Business Development for The Arbors at Shelburne, a Benchmark Senior Living Community in Shelburne, VT. There, she led the company in developing the necessary infrastructure to provide avenues for consistent capacity and relevancy in an oversaturated market.
Susie’s more than 13 years of collective marketing and business development experience is further strengthened by the variety of industries in which she has worked, inclusive of marketing positions with Genesis Healthcare in Burlington and E4H in Williston/Portland/Boston. Susie has a natural talent for fostering authentic relationships. The common thread in her career has been to deliver individualized approaches to achieve desired growth and balance that are unique to each company, which ultimately enhances financial stability.
