Kowalewitz is uniquely qualified to help people buy homes with conventional, FHA, VHFA, USDA and construction loans and with refinancing their present mortgages. Kowalewitz has been serving the real estate industry for more than 25 years and understands the needs of first-time homebuyers, empty nesters and all those in between.
Kowalewitz is a graduate of Trinity College of Vermont and is a member of the Women’s Business Owners Network, Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce, Homebuilders & Remodelers Association of Northern Vermont and volunteers for the Ronald McDonald House. She holds her Life & Health Insurance License in Vermont and New York.
Previously with The Vermont Agency and GMAC Mortgage, Kowalewitz brings extensive experience to her new position. She takes a consultative/advisory approach to ensure her clients are matched with the best possible home financing solution for their situation.
