Rick Boswell joins Windham Foundation Board of Trustees

The Board of the Grafton, Vermont-based Windham Foundation announced today that Fredric (Rick) Boswell has been appointed as a member of its Board of Trustees.

For the past 20 years, Boswell has worked in the venture capital industry in startup and emerging growth companies on the East and West Coast. Prior to that, he held senior level marketing and management positions in the technology industry.

Boswell has extensive board experience, having served on more than 30 boards of corporations, nonprofits and associations, as well as chaired several board committees in the areas of compensation, auditing and strategy. He sat in on his first board meeting with the Windham Foundation earlier this month.

Boswell and his wife divide their time between Grafton and New Hampshire; they have been visitors and part-time residents of Grafton for 37 years.

The Windham Foundation is an operating foundation with the primary mission of promoting Vermont’s rural communities, including support for indigenous enterprises including Grafton Village Cheese and the Grafton Inn.
