Amy Mason of Weybridge, VT, has joined Florida-based Resilient Philanthropy, a team of fundraising professionals who provide counsel to organizations and businesses. Mason's experience has focused on board governance; working with boards and CEOs; and leading comprehensive fundraising campaigns.
“Amy’s experience with individual philanthropy has provided the foundation blocks for being a leader in improving communications among boards, staff and donors, and focusing on the role of empathy in philanthropy,” said Founding Partner Richard Russell. “We’re delighted to welcome such a capable colleague to our team.”
Mason is a music graduate of The Hartt School and holds a master's in higher education administration from Boston College. She also holds a certificate of nonprofit management from Marlboro College’s Center for New Leadership and a certificate in nonprofit board consulting from BoardSource. She is a 2019 graduate of the Snelling Center for Government’s Vermont Leadership Institute.
