The Vermont Business Center has announced that Matthew Butterly, Regional Store Manager at Burton, has successfully completed the requirements of the Professional Certificate in Leadership and Management. The program, run by the University of Vermont, is unique in that it focuses on key concepts, vocabulary and analytical tools essential for effective management and strategic decision making According to Dean of the Business School, Larry Shirland, "Executive education and life-long learning activities provide a valuable resource to businesses.
