Paul Frank + Collins P.C. is pleased to announce that paralegal Heather Moreau, RP® of Burlington has earned an Associate in Claims (AIC) designation from The Insurance Institutes of America (IIA). The AIC designation is a nationally recognized educational program consisting of four courses and national exams that cover the handling of claims. The Associate in Claims program focuses on determining coverage, assessing liability, and evaluation of damages for various types of insurance claims. The program also has a strong ethics component.
Ms. Moreau has worked at PF+C as a litigation paralegal since 1993, and is currently the firm’s Litigation Technology Coordinator. She is one of eight Registered Paralegals in the State of Vermont who have earned and maintained their PACE Registered Paralegal® credentials.
