Health Care and Rehabilitation Services, southeastern Vermont’s nonprofit community mental-health agency, has appointed Jean Warner to director of developmental services. Warner brings with her a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to enhancing the lives of people with developmental disabilities.
Warner joined HCRS in 2022, assuming the role of developmental services area manager in the Bellows Falls office. She is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine and boasts over 28 years' experience in various roles within the developmental services sector.
"Jean has already infused our senior leadership team with a fresh perspective and demonstrated thoughtful leadership," said agency CEO George Karabakakis. "Her expertise has been invaluable to our agency, and we're thrilled to promote her into this new role."
