Erin Small has been promoted to assistant vice president, branch relationship manager at Bar Harbor Bank & Trust. She leads a team of banking professionals at the bank’s Rutland branch to provide solutions and guidance to help individuals, families and businesses in the community meet their financial goals.
Small joined the bank in 2021 as a branch relationship manager. She has 20 years' experience in retail banking. She began her career with Citizens Bank and took on roles of increasing leadership responsibility, including teller manager, assistant branch manager and banker.
