After more than 25 years away - family, quality of life, and returning to a community where
connections with people are part of our core values, Kim Corey relocated back home to Vermont.
A graduate of Rice High School and St Michael’s College – Kim traveled to California and began a successful career with Millennium
Partners Sports Club Management, an owner and operator of premier health clubs including The Sports Club/LA and Reebok Sports
Club/NY. Over 20 years she held various positions in management, sales, business development, and customer service eventually
moving back to the east coast to help expand and open new facilities. Her sales & marketing skills were recognized and she was
eventually recruited by Core Real Estate Group, where she received her real estate license and assisted the top team selling luxury
apartments and rentals in Manhattan. “I sold beautiful luxury apartments in Manhattan when the market was at its peak,” says Kim.
When the real estate market took a turn, Kim’s sales and management skills were truly tested. “The media was relentless that the
market hit bottom. My attitude was that we were just in a more challenging market. I felt I had an obligation to coach and advise my
clients based on the new conditions,” states Kim. In 2008 Kim was recruited, yet again, back to the sports club management industry
and successfully ran the daily operations of a new 44,000 sq ft health and wellness center.
Kim returned to Vermont in 2013 and joined Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty as a REALTOR. Kim’s vast experience and
achievements in helping others attain their personal goals – as well as her calm demeanor and sense of humor, will be an asset to
Vermont home buyers and sellers.
