Mandy grew up as part of a large family in Middlebury and graduated from MUHS and UVM. She helped her husband Tim run Addison Outfitters in Vergennes for 13 years before moving to Weybridge 3 years ago. She was the spa manager at Waterfalls Day Spa for 5 years before entering the real estate business.
