Bovair, Lasick join Elevate Youth Services board

Vesta Bovair (pictured), former vice president of operations for global business services at Carrier in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and Donna Lasick, vice president and controller at National Life Group in Montpelier, have joined the board of directors at Elevate Youth Services.

Bovair, who will serve as board secretary, previously served on the board in 2020-21. She holds a bachelor's degree and MBA from the University of Toronto and a master's degree from Brown University.

“We are delighted to welcome Vesta Bovair to the Elevate Youth Services board,” said Executive Director Favor Ellis. “Her lived experience, global insight and unwavering dedication to youth well-being make her a powerful advocate and leader for our mission.”

Lasick, who will serve as treasurer, brings to the board more than two decades of financial leadership experience and a deep commitment to strengthening community-based organizations. She is a graduate of Trinity College.

“Donna’s breadth of financial experience and her passion for strengthening mission-driven work make her an exceptional addition to our team,” said board chair Dana Lawrence. “Her leadership will help ensure our fiscal foundation remains strong and responsive to the needs of the youth we serve.”
