Adaptiva HR joyfully welcomes two new staffers to the company: Molly Ritvo and Christina Hayden. Molly Ritvo of Burlington, VT is Adaptiva HR’s Communications Specialist. She is responsible for all external communications and is currently providing marketing assistance with current workshops and trainings. Molly has an extensive background in nonprofit communications and holds a BA from Tufts University and an MFA from Emerson College. She is also active as a freelance writer, novelist, and is learning to garden. “I am thrilled to be part of such a dynamic team of women leaders,” says Molly. “I am eager to support Adaptiva HR’s clients as well as contribute to our own growth and vitality.”
Christina Hayden of Chelmsford, MA is Adaptiva HR’s Human Resource Specialist. Her duties include supporting AdaptivaHR’s clients through fractional and strategic HR services. She has worked in the Human Resource space for many years, most recently at Smith & Nephew. Christina holds a BA in Psychology from University of Massachusetts. “As a human resource professional, I am eager to support the varied clients at Adaptiva HR,” she says. “The field is constantly changing and I enjoy keeping up with the changes.” Christina enjoys being in nature and walking on the many wooded trails near her home.
