We have six new outstanding individuals joining the Peregrine Design/Build team.
Emily Mack is the newest member of the drafting and design team. She has a strong background in architecture which started at Norwich University where she earned her Masters in Architecture. Emily spent a couple of years interning at Freeman French Freeman followed by the last eight years at Rabideau Architects. She is excited to join our team oriented firm and push her passion for residential design. Emily lives in Essex Junction with her husband and 2 young children. Her husband is an electrician so she knows our world well!
Jason Mansfield will be joining the team as a lead carpenter and started on the first of March. Jason is originally from upstate New York. He has recently moved back east with his wife and was working as a lead carpenter in the upper valley of New Hampshire. Before that he worked for several companies in Minnesota, the most recent as a lead carpenter with a respected high end design build firm. Jason is excited to be moving to the Burlington area and being part of a successful established team. Jason loves to learn and build on his knowledge.
Matt Manning moved up from the Cape and started on March first. Matt is an experienced and versatile carpenter who is capable in framing to finish. He is looking forward to getting away from the populated coast and finding a cabin in the Vermont woods to call home. Matt will be in the strong second carpenter position.
Larry Dailey lives with his wife and daughter in Charlotte. His experience is in start to finish remodeling with a focus on kitchens. He is looking forward to a change with our company that will offer him a higher level of organization and teamwork. Larry will be starting in a strong second position as well.
James "Jimmy" Sees joined our team as an apprentice carpenter in December 2020. He has been working in the building field for a couple years and is growing his skills and providing great support.
Brenden Hoag has a depth of experience as a strong carpenter and will bring an added layer of reliability and skill to the carpentry teams. Brenden started as a strong second carpenter in January.
