Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. (VHB), a firm providing engineering, land development, and environmental consulting services, is pleased to announce the arrival of Joe Burt to VHB’s North Ferrisburgh office’s environmental team. Joe is a Wildlife Biologist, who most recently was a wildlife subconsultant for Multiple Resource Management of Brandon, Vermont. With over 9 years of professional experience, he is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a B.S. in Wildlife and Fisheries Biology. His experience has included black bear movement studies; collecting, processing, and mapping field data; implementation of wildlife habitat improvement measures for Wildlife Management; and permitting and expert witness testimony for Act 250 and Section 248 permitting. Joe will be an important asset to our Environmental group in rounding out our existing team’s skills, and will be a particular assist on the several renewable energy projects on which VHB is working.
