Michael Solimano, president and general manager at Killington/Pico Ski Resort, has been elected to the board of directors of Vermont Mutual Insurance Group. Solimano joined Killington/Pico in 2001 as vice president of finance and was promoted to his current position in October 2012.
He holds multiple board positions at companies and organizations throughout the state. These include audit and finance chair at Vermont Electric Power Co., board member and past chair at SKI Vermont, and board member at the Vermont Business Roundtable, Vermont Futures Project and Killington Mountain School.
