Alyth Hescock, Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, announces the formation of Prospect Appraisal, LLC, a real estate appraisal and consulting company.
Prospect Appraisal serves the Champlain Valley, specializing in agricultural and commercial property. In addition to real estate appraisal and consulting, Prospect’s services include property tax appeal, conservation easement appraisal, subdivision analysis, site layout and permitting assistance, and cash flow and expense forecasting.
Alyth Hescock holds a Vermont Certified General Real Estate License, and has experience with appraisals of properties from $5,000 to $4.5 million of market value. Hescock is also a graduate of the University of Vermont with a degree in Community Development and Applied Economics.
Alyth and his family live in Ferrisburgh, Vermont.
