National Bank of Middlebury has announced that Stacey Brown has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She is currently an officer, and vice president, and until her promotion was the Finance Operations Manager. Ms. Brown received her Accounting degree from Champlain College and joined the NBM team a few short months later. Caroline Carpenter, President and CEO commented, “Stacey has been with NBM for 19 years working in customer service, accounting, loan services and finance.. Her experience, knowledge, positive attitude, and commitment to quality and excellence have all led her to this new role.”
Ms. Brown in her CFO role is responsible for composing financial reports, working with internal and external auditors and regulators, managing the Bank’s investment portfolio and leading the finance and facilities teams.
