Dr. Freeth completed a fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at the University of Vermont, then known as Fletcher Allen Healthcare. She received her medical degree from the State University of New York (SUNY) Health Science Center at Syracuse. Before medical school, earned an associate’s degree in Medical Radiography’s College of Health Related Professions and a bachelor’s degree in biology at SUNY Albany.

She is board certified by both the American Board of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism and the American Board of Internal Medicine.

SVMC Endocrinology provides care for diabetes, insulin pump therapy, continuous glucose monitoring, thyroid diseases, metabolic syndrome and disorders, nutritional wellness, osteoporosis, and adrenal and pituitary disorders.
