Sheehey Furlong & Behm P.C. has announced that Brian Creech has joined the firm as Of Counsel. ​ Brian's practice focuses on civil litigation—representing both plaintiffs and defendants—with particular emphasis on landlord/tenant matters, property and contract disputes, and collections. ​ He also counsels businesses, property owners, homeowners' associations, and cooperatives on operational matters and real estate transactions, and maintains an active estate planning and probate practice. ​ 

Brian earned his J.D. ​ from Vermont Law School in 2005, where he competed in the Moot Court Competition and served on the Moot Court Advisory Board, and his B.A. ​ in Political Science from Western Carolina University in 2001. ​ 

He brings more than two decades of legal experience to the firm, including fourteen years in private practice at Doremus Kantor & Zullo, a year with Legal Services Vermont, and earlier work at several prominent firms in Washington, D.C. ​ Brian is admitted to practice in Vermont and before the United States District Court for the District of Vermont. ​
