Merrill Lynch announced Shamus O’Rourke has been appointed Director of Merrill Lynch’s Northern New England complex.
O’Rourke will lead the Northern New England complex’s team of dedicated Merrill Lynch financial
advisors to continue to deliver the highest quality of service and integrated wealth management
strategies to local area individuals, families, and businesses.

Director. The Northern New England complex consists of eight offices throughout Vermont, New
Hampshire and Maine. “Shamus’ 22 years of experience will enhance our team’s ability to stay
one step ahead and continue to provide personalized wealth management strategies and holistic

O’Rourke first worked at Merrill Lynch from 1998 through May 2006. He spent five years as a
complex manager for Morgan Stanley, where he was named to “On Wall Street Magazine’s” list
