Jeff has over 15 years as a Civil Designer with a broad background in field survey, GPS data collection, GIS, design, drafting, permitting and construction inspection. Jeff’s work experience has included residential, commercial and industrial development, institutional planning and development, municipal infrastructure improvements and he has performed construction inspection/RPR services for Federally Funded Municipal Infrastructure projects as well as VTrans bridge projects. Jeff has also been involved in the civil/site design and CAD/GIS efforts for wind farm projects in Londonderry, Vermont and Lincoln, Maine.
