President and CEO Caroline Carpenter of National Bank of Middlebury is pleased to announce Megan Norris has been promoted to manager of the technology department and appointed officer of National Bank of Middlebury.
Megan joined National Bank of Middlebury in December 2019 as the network manager of the technology department. She has a BS in business management from Johnson State College and an MS in cybersecurity from Southern New Hampshire University. Before joining the bank, Megan served in the technology department of UVM Health Network Porter Medical Center.
In addition to her technical skills and education, Megan brings to the bank an innate understanding of quality service and our mission to serve our community. She will help us meet the demands brought on by our increasing reliance on technology and help us manage the risks posed by cybersecurity threats. We rely on our technology team to support our staff and customers, helping us to carry out initiatives involving seamless, reliable, and high-performance technology. Megan’s role will assure we carry out those goals now and into the future.
Megan resides in Whiting with her husband and three Labradors. She enjoys time outdoors gardening, hiking, and hunting.
