Mark Scribner joins Primmer law firm

With over 20 years of legal experience, Mark concentrates his practice in the areas of financial services, banking, business transactions, real estate and securities law. He advises banking and non-banking financial institution clients on a broad range of legal issues, including commercial and consumer lending, financing and investment transactions, and loan restructurings. Mark represents developers, business owners, resorts, manufacturers and securities issuers in connection with economic development projects throughout the United States that rely on foreign investment pursuant to the EB-5 visa program overseen by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service. He also advises a variety of business clients in connection with organizational, financing and transactional issues.
