Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman and the Lipkin Audette Team have been named to their global parent company's International Society of Excellence for 2022, placing them in the top 1% of all Coldwell Banker teams worldwide.
Led by Steve Lipkin, Carol Audette and Luke Clavelle, the Lipkin Audette Team was ranked as the No. 22 Coldwell Banker team in the country for the number of units sold in 2022. Locally, Lipkin Audette is the top-selling real estate team in northwest Vermont, specializing in single-family homes and condominiums, new construction, land and multifamily investment properties in Chittenden, Franklin, Grand Isle and Addison counties.
