Evergreen3 Consulting has launched in Vermont to help organizations solve practical workplace problems, including training that does not stick, meetings that fail to produce clear decisions, change efforts that create confusion, and teams that need help using AI in useful and responsible ways.
Founded by Leo Sevigny, Evergreen3 offers services in learning strategy, training, facilitation, leadership development, change support and AI enablement. Sevigny is a native Vermonter with more than 20 years of experience across education, corporate and consulting work.
Through Evergreen3, Sevigny works with companies, schools, nonprofits and public-sector organizations that want training and learning to be more valuable, less costly and more engaging. His work focuses on helping clients improve clarity, reduce wasted time, strengthen participation and give people tools they can use right away.
Facilitation is a central part of the firm’s work. Sevigny is an experienced facilitator of face-to-face, virtual and hybrid sessions, helping leaders and teams hold stronger conversations, make better decisions and move important work forward. He also supports organizations that want to build facilitation skills internally so they are less dependent on outside support over time.
“Too often, organizations invest in training, meetings and change efforts without getting enough value in return,” Sevigny said. “My goal is to help clients make learning more useful, more engaging and easier to apply so people leave with clarity and a clear next step.”
Evergreen3 Consulting is now available for workshops, leadership sessions, facilitation support, Train-the-Trainer programs, keynote speaking and advisory engagements.
