Jeff Bartley, with the Patrick Leahy Burlington International Airport, has been awarded a 2026 AAAE Professional Development Grant to attend the Loretta Scott, A.A.E. Accreditation/Certification Academy this November in Alexandria, VA. This is a highly competitive grant.
Upon successful completion, the Certified Member (C.M.) designation represents a comprehensive understanding of the core functions of airport management — from operations and finance to planning, administration, and leadership. In our close-knit aviation community, this credential reflects both technical expertise and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
