JAG Productions names new director of development

JAG Productions in White River Junction has named Tamara Waraschinski as director of development. Since January 2020, Waraschinski has served as JAG's company manager, during which time she won several grants for the organization, including a $50,000 Shuttered Venue Grant from the US Small Business Association, a $15,000 New England Arts Resilience grant from New England Foundation for the Arts, and a $100,000 grant from Jane's Trust Foundation for JAG's new musical theater lab.

"I’m incredibly proud that I can do my part to build a company that has such a deep dedication to transformative storytelling," she said.

Waraschinski holds a Master of Arts from Flinders University and a doctorate from the University of Adelaide, both in Australia.

Founded in 2015 by Jarvis Green, JAG Productions is a theatre company that curates and produces new, contemporary and classical Black theatre in order to engage and sustain individual and collective transformations that unsettle hierarchies of race, gender, and sexuality.
