Guest services coordinator hired for Vermont History Museum

The Vermont Historical Society has hired Ramsey Blair as Guest Services Coordinator. She is an experienced customer service representative with extensive administrative strengths. Merchandising and retail sales background combine with Ramsey’s Bachelor of Science Degree in History to fulfill customer needs for visitors at the Vermont History Museum in Montpelier, Vermont History Center in Barre, and the VHS online store.

“Ramsey has the combined skills of customer service and historic preservation. She understands the needs of both the curious browser and the serious historian,” says VHS Executive Director Steve Perkins. “We are pleased to have such a qualified staff member who can make your visit to the Vermont History Museum truly enjoyable.”

Ms. Blair was previously employed by KeyBank. Her education and internship was completed in Pittsburgh, PA. She currently resides in Montpelier.

The Vermont Historical Society is a nonprofit organization that operates the Vermont History Museum in Montpelier, the Leahy Library and Vermont Heritage Galleries in Barre, and programming throughout the state.
