Katharine Litka, former associate at the New York City law firm Seyfarth Shaw, has joined Gravel & Shea in Burlington as litigation associate. Her practice will include state and federal courts, focusing on complex civil litigation, general business litigation, and personal injury and product liability.

Prior to her tenure at Seyfarth Shaw, where she worked on high-profile corporate transactions in mergers and acquisitions and real estate financing, Litka spent three years as a legal support analyst with the New York State Office of the Attorney General's Public Integrity Bureau.
She is a graduate of St. Lawrence University and holds a law degree from Emory University School of Law.
