RSG (Resource Systems Group, Inc.) is pleased to announce that David Grover has joined RSG’s Burlington, Vermont office as a Transportation Engineer. David has five years of experience and will support RSG’s traffic operations, transportation planning, and design work. He has experience in civil and transportation engineering, including transportation impact studies, intersection analysis, site survey and design, and working within a variety of regulations. David holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont (UVM) and will receive his MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UVM this spring. David is an Associate Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and enjoys gardening, racquetball and exploring the Green Mountains with his dog, Clover.
