Community Bank N.A. is pleased to announce the promotion of Sue Verro to commercial banking officer in South Burlington, Vermont. In her new role, Verro will develop and grow commercial banking relationships across Vermont in a variety of industries. She will also manage existing customers to deepen relationships through additional products and services.
Verro began her banking career in 1986 with Merchants Bank. She joined the Community Bank N.A. team in 2017 when the two banks merged. Throughout her career, Verro has held a variety of positions, including credit analyst and most recently, commercial banking administrative assistant.

Regional Commercial Executive Bruce Bernier said. “Sue has a long history of serving the South Burlington community, which will be a true asset in her new role. Verro earned her Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Massachusetts. Outside the office, she is active in the community as a participant of Making Strides Against Breast Cancer of Northern Vermont, Lake Champlain Dragon Boat Festival and Race to the Top of Vermont. Verro lives in Essex.
