Clay Forgan has joined Century 21 MRC in St Albans as a realtor. Forgan, who grew up in the real estate business — his father being a broker himself — believes in building strong relationships with his clients.
Forgan has more than 25 years' experience as an engineering manager covering North America and South America. During this time, he formed businesses of his own and purchased investment properties. With a strong knowledge of construction, plumbing and electrical, he ultimately designed and built his own home.
Forgan is a licensed realtor and has acquired hundreds of hours of real estate training and in-field experience. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering and business management from Vermont Technical College and is active in the community.
