Amy Stoll, clinical pharmacist at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont, has been named Distinguished Young Pharmacist of the Year for 2025 by the Vermont Pharmacists Association. Stoll was recognized for her active participation in the association, volunteering in her community and supporting providers with clinical decision-making.

“Amy deserves this award for her tireless dedication to improving the pharmacy experience for providers and members, and outstanding service to her community,” said Nancy Hogue, director of pharmacy at Blue Cross VT.

At Blue Cross, Stoll oversees the academic detailing and prescription support program. She works with providers on specific prescription questions, drug authorizations and patient panel projects.

She also serves on the family advisory panel for the Developmental Understanding Legal Collaboration for Everyone program, which supports family specialists placed in Vermont pediatric offices.
