The Bank of Bennington has promoted Kati Irwin and Alec Nicol to branch managers and elevated Jason Redden and Susan Bushee to new positions in the loan department. Irwin, a nine-year Bank of Bennington employee, will manage the Arlington branch, and Nicol, a four-year bank employee, will lead the Manchester branch.
Redden, assistant branch manager in Manchester, has been promoted into the new commercial lender development program. Busheean, an assistant loan manager, has been promoted into the residential lender development program.
All four employees began their careers at the bank as tellers.
“It is always a great pleasure for us to promote from within," said bank President Jim Brown. “Our bank is fortunate that we have the ability to encourage and educate our staff, and we have room for them to grow professionally, as these four promotions demonstrate.”
