Peoples Trust Company is pleased to announce that Angela Ovitt Poirier was recently promoted to Chief Retail Banking Officer, Senior Vice President. Her career spans over 16 years in financial services and includes experience in all areas of lending, operations, branch management and risk management. Angela is responsible for directing the bank’s retail strategies to support sales and business development. She will work closely with employees and clients from all lines of business. Angela provides outstanding service to our customers and has built strong relationships in our community. She is committed to the community banking ideal.

Angela was recently awarded the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers. Angela resides in Swanton, VT and is an active member of the community; currently serving on the Franklin Grand Isle United Way Board of Directors.
