The Vermont Student Assistance Corp. has appointed Meghan Metzler as vice president and chief financial officer and promoted Kirstin Boehm to senior director of outreach, research and development.
Metzler joins VSAC from the association of accounting and professional service firms BDO USA, where she served as principal. She is a graduate of Syracuse University and serves as chair of the Champlain Valley School Board.
Prior to her promotion, Boehm served for seven years as director of career education and outreach. In her new role, she leads VSAC’s research, development, outreach staff and programming while building partnerships and engaging stakeholders with a focus on equity and opportunity. Boehm is a graduate of Bates College.
