Physical therapist Brian Fleming was recently recognized as Employee of the Year by VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region, a nonprofit home health and hospice agency serving Bennington and Rutland counties. The honor is presented annually to a VNAHSR employee whose work exemplifies outstanding performance, service excellence and demonstration of the agency's core values.
Six additional employees were honored with HEALTH Matters Awards for representing through their work a particular core value of the agency. Those honorees are Carly Gould, billing specialist, for honesty; Jocelyn Hay, physical therapist assistant, for excellence; Lisa Cramer, registered nurse, for accountability; Rich Marantz, registered nurse, for leadership; Sharon Cseh, executive assistant, for teamwork; and Ann Pollock, registered nurse, for helpfulness.
In addition, Clinical Manager Lyane Adam-Murnaghan received the agency’s Transformational Leader Award for continually striving for excellence while inspiring others toward her vision and for encouraging her staff to rise to their best.
