Tim Jerman recently joined the Vermont Historical Society Board of Trustees. He was the Director of Human Resources for VSAC (Vermont Student Assistance Corporation), retiring in 2008. Tim is currently an active Member of the Vermont House of Representatives. His involvement in the community of Essex includes being a member of: Essex Community Historical Society, Essex Community Village Trustees, Essex CHIPS Board of Directors, Essex Junction Recreation Department Advisory Board, EBPA Memorial Day Parade Committee, Regional Planning Commission Housing Goals Task Force, Vermont Civics Education Council, Essex Board of Civil Authority and Justice of the Peace, and a volunteer for Neighborhood Watch and Essex Block Party.
