Anita Bourgeois, Senior Vice President and Senior Director, Deposit Growth and Profitability for Merchants Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Shelley Quinn to Vice President Cash Management and Government Banking Manager.

Shelley brings a wealth of experience to the Cash Management and Government Banking group, and we are excited about her new role at the company," Anita stated.
Quinn began her banking career in 1996 and joined Merchants Bank in 2008. Ms. Quinn had the opportunity to learn banking from the operations and commercial banking side, before dedicating herself to Government Banking and Cash Management. Quinn was promoted from Assistant Vice President of Government Banking and Cash Management to Vice President in April, 2014. Her extensive experience in banking and her passion for assisting others makes her an ideally suited for this role. She currently resides with her family in Montpelier, Vermont.
