Matt Schley has joined the civil and environmental engineering firm Fuss & O’Neill as a senior restoration and resiliency engineer in the company's Williston office. In his new role, Schley will focus on the technical execution and management of projects in water resources, natural resource restoration, and climate resilience spaces.
Schley is a skilled engineer and scientist who has dedicated his career to creating long-term climate resilient solutions. He has a diverse background in all project phases, including site assessment, CAD-based design, construction oversight, as-built surveying and long-term monitoring. He is an expert in stream restoration, culvert/small bridge replacement, dam removal, aquatic organism passage, riverbank stabilization, stormwater management, lake management and coastal management.
