Shadde Rosenblum, AICP, an expert in transportation planning, has joined RSG (Resource Systems Group, Inc.) as a senior consultant within RSG’s Transportation Policy, Planning, and Engineering practice. Mr. Rosenblum has more than 12 years of experience providing analytical and technical leadership for a wide array of transportation planning projects including bridges, highways, airports, and transit.
Rosenblum’s in-depth understanding of traffic analysis and forecasting combined with his project management experience naturally ally with the types of transportation work RSG is known for regionally and nationally. “We’re excited to welcome Shadde to RSG and Burlington and look forward to applying his expertise to Vermont’s transportation planning projects,” said RSG Senior Director and Burlington Office Manager, Peter Plumeau.
Mr. Rosenblum’s work on complex transit projects and his familiarity with the preparation of environmental documents on the state and national levels complement RSG’s growing transportation policy, planning and engineering work.
“RSG is known for taking a holistic approach to transit and transportation planning and I believe that Shadde not only shares this vision but can help us grow this practice,” said David Saladino, Senior Engineer and leader of RSG’s Transportation Planning practice.
Prior to joining RSG, Mr. Rosenblum worked as a Senior Transportation Planner in California and Washington where he focused on projects serving large urban areas.
