Rehabilitation Therapy at The University of Vermont Medical Center welcomes new employees

Rehabilitation Therapy at The University of Vermont Medical Center has announced that Jon Robinson has joined the Inpatient Rehabilitation Therapy team on the Fanny Allen Campus. Jon earned his Doctorate in PT from UVM in 2013, and received his board certification for the Neurologic Clinical Specialty in 2015. He has worked in our Central Vermont Medical Center inpatient rehabilitation therapy, where he worked in the Neuro Rehabilitation Center. Jon has a strong knowledge and passion for the treatment of people with neurologic diagnosis and is eager to continue to improve his practice. He is excited to return to the acute rehabilitation setting.

Rehabilitation Therapy at The University of Vermont Medical Center has announced that Jessica Britton has been hired as a Therapy Coder. Jessica comes to us with an impressive resume of coding experience, including 4 years with the UVM Medical Center Professional Revenue Department.

Rehabilitation Therapy at The University of Vermont Medical Center has announced that Kate Hibbert is joining the rehab therapy team as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) at the Orthopedics and Rehabilitation Center. Kate has over 8 of experience in Occupational Therapy, including almost 3 years as a CHT. She joins us from Northwestern Medical Center in St. Albans where she served as a staff Occupational Therapist (OT) in both outpatient and acute therapies. She also holds a certification from The Back School as an ergonomics assessment specialist. Kate spends a week each summer as a camp counselor & lead OT for a camp for children with Rheumatic Diseases. Kate's experience in OT will be a tremendous asset to Rehabilitation Therapy program.

Rehabilitation Therapy at The University of Vermont Medical Center has announced that Beth Shea, Medical Office Assistant (MOA) has recently transitioned to the rehabilitation therapy program at the Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Center (ORC). Beth has worked in the Rehabilitation Therapy department for 16 years providing great service and support to our patients, families and staff. Her dedication and hard work will be a great addition to ORC.
