ReArch Co. has hired Jim Gardner as a senior estimator in the company’s Lebanon, New Hampshire, office. In his new role, Gardner will provide leadership and guidance to the estimating department and work with the field teams to ensure that all services meet the client’s expectations and are consistent with ReArch standards.
Before joining ReArch, Gardner was senior estimator at a construction-management company, where he worked on projects across multiple industries ranging from $5 million to $80 million. In addition to estimating, he has held positions in preconstruction, project management and engineering. Gardner holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Northeastern University in Boston.
