Rutland law firm Pratt Vreeland Kennelly Martin & White, LTD, is happy to announce that Andrew M. Carter, Esq. has joined the firm as counsel. Mr. Carter’s practice will focus on conflict resolution and civil and commercial litigation. He brings to the firm extensive experience representing individuals and businesses before courts across Vermont.
Mr. Carter brings to the firm deep Vermont roots. He was raised in Rutland County, graduated second in his class from Vermont Law School, and was a judicial clerk to the U.S. District Court, District of Vermont. Mr. Carter was formerly a shareholder at the Rutland firm of Meub Gallivan Carter & Larson. Prior to beginning practice in Vermont, Mr. Carter was an associate at a 150-lawyer firm in Seattle, Washington, and a member of the faculty at Seattle University School of Law.
