Norwich Technologies welcomes five new employees across its divisions

Norwich Technologies, a leader in renewable energy development and construction in the New England region, welcomed five new employees: Harold Craig (pictured), director of construction and estimating, Norwich Solar; Matthew Kittredge and Laura Parkes, project managers, Norwich Solar; Forest Osborne, field technician, RunTime Solar; and Kristin DeDiana, operations manager, Norwich Solar.

Craig brings to his new position more than 16 years of solar experience, with previous roles as an installer, superintendent and project manager. He most recently led the renewable division at Peck Electric in Burlington.

Kittredge has installation and project management experience in residential and commercial applications of solar. He entered the solar industry in 2019 as an installer in southern Louisiana and moved to Vermont in 2021.

Parkes brings to Norwich more than eight years of solar experience in installation, sales, evaluation, design and technical support. She most recently worked in technical and customer support at Waterbury-based SunCommon.

Osborne brings several years of solar installation experience to RunTime Solar's operations and maintenance team. He got his start working in Eagle-Vail, Colorado, and moved to Vermont in 2021.

DeDiana joins Norwich Solar with more than 10 years' experience in residential solar. Her role will focus on facilitating a seamless permitting and financing process, ensuring a smooth handoff to the engineering, procurement and construction team.
